The HT-I series wire tapping is produced to address the shortcomings of general alloy tool steel (SKS) wire tapping, which is not wear-resistant and prone to breakage. HT-I straight groove wire tapping is a machine wire tapping manufactured by rolling method, with a manufacturing range of M1.4~M16. The tooth of HT-I is shorter than that of general hand wire tapping, and it is designed to increase strength and durability to reduce concentrated stress. Therefore, in addition to improving the economic efficiency of tapping machining, HT-I can also cut threads with a precision of 6H, making it extremely suitable for use in general tapping machinery or specialized machinery, with a relatively long machining life.
